We help consumers make the right choice between e-commerce products as a fully remote affiliate company, with team members located in Thailand, Australia, Spain, the Philippines, South Africa, and (of course) the Netherlands.

We are currently in an ambitious acquisition phase, having already grown from €2M to €6.5M in annual revenue within a year, with a goal of reaching €10M in the next 12 months, working toward a long-term exit (3-5 years). Mission Rocket

To structurally remove operational, administrative, and coordination load from the board by independently owning cross-functional execution and follow-through across the business.
One job: convert leadership intent into completed output without requiring follow-ups, clarification loops, or micromanagement.
Blindspot to avoid: this is not a personal assistant role. It is an execution and systems role with authority. You're an adverse jack of all trades who can support with automations throughout the organisation

Most of the above is already systematized. The EA doesn't need to invent the wheel. However, we're always open for your experience and suggestions.

Clipboard Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment workload when vacancies are open
  • Handle finance admin and invoice follow up
  • Edit company Wordpress websites (we have SOPs for this)
  • Execute content related support tasks
  • Own email management and outreach execution
  • Conduct structured research and summaries for decision making
  • Build and maintain automations using Zapier, Make, N8N, Google Scripts throughtout the organisation
  • Maintain operational systems in Google Sheets, Airtable, and related tools
  • Handle ad hoc tasks from CEO and COO with clear prioritization
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose fixes

Money Bag Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: contractor: €20–€30/hour (depending on experience).
  • Commitment: 20 hours per week contractor, 100% Remote. Over time the commitment will grow to 40 hours/week.
Even though you're a contractor and it's a part-time role, you'll be treated as a full team member.
